Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the police station has not responded to the information so furnished on or about 07.04.2025. State has submitted a report. Report reflects that Basanti Police Station Case No.239 of 2025 dated 06.05.2025 has been registered for investigation.

The petitioner and the private respondents both placed their claim in respect of the tractors so seized in connection with the instant case. The same being the absolute jurisdiction of the learned Magistrate, parties would approach the learned

Magistrate for return of the seized vehicles or the tractors.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 9499 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
