Report reflects that in connection with Narendrapur PS Case No. 156/25 dated 07.02.2025 the investigating officer of the case communicated with the complainant over phone and also served a notice under section 94 of the BNSS. According to the investigating officer no further circulation relating to obscene material was handed over. In case the petitioner who is aggrieved and anxious relating to circulation of obscene material is faced with any embarrassment because of such circulation she would bring the same to the notice of the investigating officer. The investigating officer would immediately take steps for deleting or addressing the issue.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 9344 of 2025 is disposed of.
