This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 371T of 2010 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court at Barasat, 24-Parganas (North).

The petitioner no.2 appearing in person submits that he is a patient of cancer and that the suit has been pending since long.

In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, direction for prior service of notice along with a copy of the revisional application on the opposite parties is not being made, however, the petitioners shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date.

Having heard the petitioner no.2 in person and having perused the material-on-record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court

at Barasat, 24-Parganas (North) to dispose of Title Suit No. 371T of 2010 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 5.

C.O. 1406 of 2026 stands disposed of. No costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
