Mr. Atanu Basu Mr. Indranuj Dutta ...for the petitioners Mr. Sayak Ranjan Ganguly Mr. Srijani Ghosh Ms. Indrani Majumdar ....for the respondent Nos.5 & 6 Petitioners complain that he has informed the Officer-in-Charge, Taherpur Police Station along with the Sub-Divisional Police Officer as also the Superintendent of Police of the said district regarding her anxiety.

Learned Advocate for the State submits that initially Taherpur P.S.

Case No.

586/23 was registered for investigation and on conclusion of investigation charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional Court. Report of the State also reflects that another case being FIR No.668/23 dated 07.12.2023 was registered for investigation and charge-sheet has also been submitted in the said case.

Learned Advocate appearing for the respondent nos. 5 and 6 submits that the petitioners are defaulters and as such they being representatives of the non-banking financial company must be allowed to implement their rights under the statutory provisions of law. However, the petitioners only apprehend of being physically harassed. The State and the private respondents would in accordance with law execute their rights and to that effect no hindrance be created by the petitioners. On the other hand it is directed that unnecessarily there should not be a situation where the petitioners be physically harassed.

Report submitted in Court be kept with the record.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 10200 of 2024 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
