Supreme Tractor The present revision is of the year 2019 is against the Judgement and Order dated January 16, 2019 passed by Sri Kaushik Bhattacharyya, the learned Sessions Judge, Purba Medinipur in Criminal Revision No.114 of 2015 allowing the Criminal Revision on contest against opposite parties by setting aside the order dated 13.04.2015 passed by the leaned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Tamluk in C.R Case No.99 of 2012 by returning complaint of complainant under Section 138 of the NI Act, 1881.

As none appears for the the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law. ( Shampa Dutt (Paul), J. )
