Mr. Parashar Baidya ... for the petitioner Mr. Subhasis Bandopadhyay ... for the Municipality In terms of the order dated 16th October, 2020 the present Secretary of the petitioner No. 1 has filed an affidavit in Court wherein it has been stated that the petitioner No. 1 does not wish to proceed with the instant writ petition.

The petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 were previously represented by one Mr. Parashar Baidya, learned advocate. Mr. Uttiya Ray, learned advocate presently representing the petitioners submits that he had personally intimated the said learned advocate that the matter will be mentioned for enlistment and the same will appear in due course. The writ petition WPA 7049 of 2020 is dismissed as 'not pressed' in view of the affidavit filed in Court today. CAN 1 of 2020 and CAN 2 of 2020 are disposed of accordingly.

The copy of the letter dated 15th January, 2021 written by Mr. Uttiya Ray, learned advocate to Mr. Parashar Baidya, learned advocate is retained with the records. ( Amrita Sinha, J.)
