Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the alleged inaction on the part of the Panskura Police Station. The petitioner claims to be a Bargadar and submits that the private respondents are obstructing him from cultivating his land.

Counsel for the State submits that on the complaint of the petitioner PS NCR No.1119/2022 dated 27th May 2022 has been taken out.

The petitioner may seek further and other satisfactory remedy available to him as a Bargadar before the appropriate statutory forum.

In the meantime, the Panskura Police shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area. The Panskura Police shall also ensure that the petitioner is not obstructed by the private respondents in cultivating his land.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
