Majhi ...for the State It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is a love affair between the parties and he has been falsely implicated in the instant case. Learned lawyer opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that victim was abducted and later on used as a sex worker.

Learned counsel has relied upon the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

Having considered the materials on record, the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. and other circumstances of this case and also regard being had to the heinousness of the offence as prima facie revealed from the case diary, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
