Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that no steps were taken on the basis of the representation dated 29.03.2023 addressed to the Officer-in-charge, Tarakeswar Police Station.

Learned advocate for the private respondents disputes and denies the contentions of the said representation.

Ansar Mandal, learned Additional Government Pleader submits a report which reflects that on the basis of information so furnished by the petitioner, Tarakeswar Police Station Case No. 168/2023 was registered for investigation and the investigation of the case is still under progress.

In view of the aforesaid the primary grievance of the petitioner has been addressed. Consequently, WPA of is disposed of.
