Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner was identified in the course of test identification parade.

We have considered materials on record. Petitioner was identified in the course of test identification parade. Arms have been recovered from his possession.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
