1. It is submitted by Mr. Asok Kumar Chakraborti, learned Additional Solicitor General that the order of this Court directing a fresh medical examination has been complied with by the Border Security Force and the result has not yet been communicated to the petitioner.

2. In those circumstances, nothing further remains to be dealt with in the instant contempt application.

3. Let result of the medical examination be communicated to the petitioner.

4. CPAN 666 of 2024 shall stand disposed of.

5. Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
