Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents/UOI submits on virtual mode that the name of "Mr. D.N. Roy" was wrongly spelt out in the judgment dated 27th March, 2026. That name stands corrected and the same be read as "Mr. D. N. Ray".

Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.

Department is directed to take necessary steps for corrections.
