Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. This is a second application for anticipatory bail. Petitioners had absconded and proclamation and attachment have been issued against them. Statements of witnesses prima facie disclose involvement of the petitioner in the murder.

In view of the aforesaid facts, we are of the opinion no extenuating circumstance justifying entertaining the subsequent application of pre-arrest bail is made out. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
