1. The parties to the instant contempt application are represented by their respective Counsels.

2. On behalf of the contemnor a compliance report dated 29.07.2025 is filed and the same is taken on record.

3. Mr. Mukherjee, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner submits before this Court upon instruction that the judgment and order as passed by this Court on 26.06.2024 in WPA 9132 of 2016 is fully complied with.

4. Such being the position, nothing remains to be decided in the instant contempt application.

5. Accordingly, WPCRC 115 of 2025 is disposed of.

6. The rule as issued against the contemnor is hereby discharged and his personal appearance is dispensed with.
