The petitioner's application for transfer is pending consideration before the D. I. of Schools(SE). For the purpose of facilitating smooth transfer, Bantra Public Library Shikshaniketan has indicated three nearby schools where a substitute teacher for teaching higher secondary students in the commerce stream is available. The D. I. of Schools(SE) shall process the petitioner's application within two weeks from date in terms of the 2015 Rules.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
