Learned advocate representing the Bank has already communicated to the petitioners the details of the criminal cases that are pending against the Bank account of the petitioners.

As the Bank accounts have been frozen on the request of the law enforcement agency, accordingly, it will be open for the petitioners to approach the competent forum where the criminal cases are pending for obtaining order of defreezing the same. 3.

Without ascertaining the merit of the criminal complaints, it will not be proper for the writ Court

to pass any order upon the Bank for de-freezing the Bank accounts.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
