Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Report is placed on record. It appears from the report that three demand drafts to the tune of Rs.20 lakhs has been handed over to the de-facto complainant.
This is not disputed by the learned Advocate appearing for the de-facto complainant.
In view of the aforesaid fact and bearing in mind the nature of allegations, we are of the opinion that custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not necessary and they may be granted anticipatory bail.
Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of
Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of.
