Nobody appears on behalf of either of the parties on call. Even on earlier occasion, no one represented the petitioner, no accommodation sought for in spite of giving several opportunities.

In view of the aforesaid facts, it seems that the petitioner is no more interested to proceed with the instant case.

Accordingly, CRR 1375 of 2018 is dismissed for default.

Consequently the application being CRAN 1/2018(Old CRAN 2463/2018) is thus disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
