Leave is granted to the learned advocate on record for the petitioner to correct the cause title in the writ petition as also in the contempt application. 2.

Learned counsel for the alleged contemnor submits on instruction of the Regional P.F. Commissioner-II (Legal), RO, Park Street that interest on pension arrears of Rs.15,157/- has been credited to the claimant's bank account at the rate of 11% interest per annum. The arrears of pension shall be credited in the next two days. 3.

The instruction of the Regional P.F. CommissionerII (Legal), RO, Park Street is taken on record. 4.

Recording the aforesaid submissions and the instructions of the Regional P.F. Commissioner-II (Legal),

RO, Park Street, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

In the event, there is default on the part of the respondents, the petitioner shall be at liberty to mention the contempt application afresh.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnors, if any, is dispensed with.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
