This case pertains to the year 2018. Petitioner came before this Court by filing this revisional application. Ppetitioner herein seeking for quashing of proceeding being G.R. case no. 1610 of 2017 arising out of Kaliyagunj Police Station case no. 276 of 2017 dated November 9th, 2017 pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Raigunj, Uttar Dinajpur under Sections 406/409/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

In view of the above facts and circumstances and pendency of the case since 2018 and no one represented the petitioner.

It seems the petitioner is no more interested to proceed with the instant case.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application being CRR 1377 of 2018 is, thus, dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Trial Court for information.

Case Diary be returned.
