Petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within a month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of.

The order dated 23.04.2020 in CRM 3285 of 2020 is recalled and the matter is treated as on "Day's List". It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is no direct evidence connecting the petitioners with the alleged crime. Learned lawyer for the State submits that the petitioners had absconded after the dacoity and stolen cash was recovered. Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the prima facie involvement of the petitioners in the alleged crime and as they had absconded, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Thus, both the applications being CRM 6437 of 2020 and CRM 3285 of 2020 are dismissed.
