This case pertains to the year 2018. Petitioner came before this Court by filing this revisional application. Petitioner herein seeking for quashing of proceeding being G.R. case no. 117 of 2018 arising out of Bowbazar Police Station case no. 35 of 2018 dated February 1st, 2018 pending before the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (II) at Calcutta under Sections 406/409/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. In view of the above facts and circumstances and pendency of the case since 2018 and no one represented the petitioner.

It seems the petitioner is no more interested to proceed with the instant case.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application being CRR 1378 of 2018 is thus dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Trial Court for information.
