The petitioner is aggrieved that the Ghatal Police Station has not taken any steps in respect of a complaint dated 23rd April, 2022.

If FIR, in fact, has not been registered, the petitioner may avail remedies under section 156(3) of the CrPC. 3.

If FIR has been registered, let the investigation into the same be completed within a period of two months from date, if not already completed.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

5.

There shall be no order as to costs.
