Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the information furnished with the Officer-in-charge, Bhimpur Police Station was not acted upon.

Learned advocate for the private respondents submits that they are being falsely implicated at the behest of the private respondents. State has submitted a report from which it reflects that pursuant to the information furnished by the petitioner Bhimpur Police Station Case No. 125/25 dated 03.05.2025 has been registered for investigation under the relevant provisions of the BNS and the Foreigners Act.

Having regard to the steps taken by the Investigating Officer, I am of the view that the Investigating Officer will put in efforts and take the investigation to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 9555 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
