We are informed that the interim bail has been extended subsequently, however, no challenge has been thrown to such orders. We also note that the interim bail was granted to the opposite party due to extreme health hazardous arising from Covid 19 Pandemic. No allegation of misuse of liberty has also been canvassed before us. The charge has been framed and trial is in progress. Hence, we are of the opinion, the application assailing an order of interim bail which has already merged with subsequent orders is not maintainable.

Accordingly, CRM 6444 of 2020 along with CRAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of.

It is open to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law, if so advised.

We request the Trial Court to conclude the trial at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournment either of the parties.
