The present petition is for a direction to the Learned District Judges to comply with the directions issued by this Court on administrative side regarding Covid management. The present petition filed on behalf of the union seeking a direction for compliance of administrative instructions issued by this Court is not maintainable as Public Interest Litigation. The same is accordingly dismissed.
