The present petition has been filed in the nature of public interest praying that a premises for which the dispute is pending in this Court and an order of status quo has been passed dated 21st October, 1963, be permitted to be utilized for setting of Covid center. The respondent no. 15, who is a party to the aforesaid litigation, is ready and willing to setup the center. It is in dispute that there is an order of status quo passed by this Court in the pending litigation. Once that is so filing of the present petition is an effort by the party to the litigation to circumvent the interim order passed by this Court. Such a petition is misconceived and cannot be entertained as a petition in public interest. The same is accordingly dismissed.
