Petitioners complain that their boundary wall is being demolished at the behest of the private respondents and to that effect inspite of informing the police authorities no steps have been taken.

Police report reflects that an iron grill gate has been affixed by demolishing part of a boundary wall. Learned advocate for the private respondents on the other hand disputes and denies the submissions and contends that the grill gate which has been affixed did not at all touch the property of the petitioner.

Since, from 9th of May, 2025 till 12th of May, 2025 the Court would be closed and learned advocate for the petitioner undertakes that he will approach for

appropriate remedy before the Civil Court, police authorities would oversee that there is no infraction of law without the permission of a Court or an authorized officer of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation. With the aforesaid observations WPA 9551 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
