Criminal Revisional Jurisdiction C.R.R 1313 of 2021 Sri Sunil Kumar Singhal.

-versus- ECL Finance Limited The revisional application was preferred challenging the continuance of the proceedings before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 7th Court, Calcutta.

The main contention of the present petitioner was that in the petition of complaint there is no averment as to how the present petitioner was related with the company which have taken loan. I have considered the contentions so advanced on behalf of the petitioner in the revisional application and on assessment of the same, I am of the opinion that the petitioner would be in a position to take the same plea at the time of final arguments before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 7th Court, Calcutta. No interference is called for by this court at this stage.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1313 of 2021 is disposed of.
