Affidavit-of-service filed in court today be kept on record.

The appointment of Ms. Rupsha Chakraborty, learned counsel for the State, be regularized by the State. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner submitted a deed for registration. However, the registration is not being granted on the ground that the stamp papers on which the document was executed are forged.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioners are agreeable to put in the cash equivalent of the amount of the forged stamp papers.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that in the event the petitioners deposit such amount, there is no impediment on the part of the respondents to register the document and hand over the same to the petitioner.

Accordingly, WPA 9552 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the petitioners to deposit the cash equivalent of the allegedly forged stamp papers on which the deed-inquestion was executed. 7.

Upon such cash being deposited with the registering authorities, the respondents shall complete the registration and hand over the registered document to the petitioners, preferably within three weeks from the date of deposit of such cash equivalent by the petitioners. There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
