This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 49 of 2019 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Contai, Purba Medinipur as well as J. Misc. Case No. 24 of 2019 pending before the said learned Court in connection with the said suit.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner that an application filed by the petitioner under Order XXXIX Rule 2A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been registered as J. Misc. Case 24 of 2019.

In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, direction for prior service of notice along with a copy of the revisional application on the opposite parties is not being made, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date.

Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the material-on-record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Contai, Purba Medinipur to dispose of J. Misc. Case No. 24 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one month from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

The learned Trial Court is further requested to dispose of Title Suit No. 49 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

C.O. 1410 of 2026 stands disposed of. No costs.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
