The petitioner alleges that the private respondent is restraining him from draining out the foul water from his property. The issue is essentially civil in nature. In view of the above, the writ petition is not maintaining and is accordingly dismissed.

The petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of her grievance. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
