The revisional application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the judgment-debtor and is directed against the order dated March 16, 2024 passed by the 1st Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Alipore, District 24-Pargans (South) in Title Execution Case No. 42 of 2019 arising out of Title Suit No. 10 of 2009.

The learned Trial Judge by the order impugned has allowed an application under Rule 208 of the Civil Rules and Orders filed by the decree-holders/opposite parties for police assistance to execute the said decree.

The learned advocate for the decreeholders/opposite parties submits that during the pendency of the revisional application, on May 10, 2024 the said decree has been executed and the

execution case has been disposed of recording full satisfaction.

In view of the aforesaid development, challenge to the order impugned has become infructuous, C.O. 1309 of 2024 is dismissed as such without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
