Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that there are two adjacent plots of lands and there has been an injunction passed by the civil court in TS No. 101 of 2018. Petitioner states that the injunction order has been passed in respect of a property having Dag No. 334/735. On the other hand, the petitioner's land refers to Dag No. 335/732.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that on field enquiry the police authorities did not find any demarcation. The police authorities have already advanced their prayer to the BL&LRO, Binpur - 1 Block, District Jhargram to demarcate the suit plot for proper implementation of injunction order. The BL&LRO, Binpur - 1 Block, District Jhargram would within a period of 15 days demarcate the property after serving notice to all the

affected parties and inform the police authorities regarding the outcome. Once such a report is received from the BL&LRO, Binpur - 1 Block, the police authorities of Lalgarh Police Station would assess whether the injunction order so passed by the learned Civil Court incorporates the demarcated land or is outside the scope of the demarcated land. Consequently, if the police authorities so feel, police authorities would ensure that no inconvenience is created to either parties and the same should be after the report received by the BL&LRO, Binpur - 1, Block.

Accordingly, WPA 9562 2025 is disposed of.
