Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that no recovery was made from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned Additional Solicitor General draws the attention of the Court to the seizure list and submits that 37 Blots of LSD was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the fact that 37 Blots of LSD were recovered from the possession of the petitioner, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

C.R.M. 3741 of 2021 is dismissed.
