The petitioner complains that the Hirapur Police Station has not enforced an order of injunction dated 21st December, 2021 despite specific directions of the Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Asansol dated 4th January, 2022 on them.

Learned counsel for the State has produced a report in the form of instructions dated 8th June, 2022 issued by the Officer-in-Charge, Hirapur Police Station addressed to the learned Government Pleader and the same is taken on record. 3.

It appears from the report that there was no construction over the property and hence status quo order is not violated.

The private respondents have been warned by the ASI Sur Ali against any construction.

It is, therefore, ordered that the Hirapur Police shall inspect the said premises once again and submit a report to the Court below as regards the compliance of the order of status quo as on date passed by the Court below. The

inspection must be completed within a period of seven days from date.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
