Petitioner complains that they have approached the civil court and there were orders passed in their favour. However, in spite of the same the police authorities did not co-operate and as such the petitioner is suffering at the hands of the private respondents.

On the other hand, Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate submits a report. Report reflects that the injunction order was vacated thereafter restored. A long standing dispute is existing between the petitioner and the private respondents. Criminal cases have been registered in respect of the documents so associated relating to the title of the property. The accusations so made by the petitioner

is denied on behalf of the State that the police did not take any steps as the police on receipt of each and every information has taken steps. Two charge sheets have been submitted on completion of investigation in relation to the case and the counter case.

Since the petitioner and the private respondents are at loggerhead, police authorities would keep a strict vigil and ensure that there should not be any breach of peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident resulting from the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

Accordingly, WPA 9560 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Needless to state since no affidavits have been called for, the accusations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
