The writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the respondent nos.2, that is the West Bengal Co-operative Election Commission to ensure that the election process of the Bhagawanpur Samabay Krishi Unnayan Samity Limited, is held mandatorily within a period of six months from date of communication of this order.

This Court has taken a serious note of the fact that, the Co-operative society has been functioning without a board for the last two years.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no orders as to costs. All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
