Petitioners have prayed for quashing of Titagarh P. S. Case 53 of 2024 dated 07-02-2024. Number of issues have been canvassed by the petitioners in respect of complaints made by the petitioners who have been implicated as accused in connection with the instant case.

I have considered the contentions so advanced by the petitioners, however the investigation of the case is still in progress and the materials so produced before this court do require scrutiny by the Investigating Officer itself. As such, I direct that in case the complaints and/or cases which were earlier lodged by the present petitioners are placed before the Investigating Officer of the case the Investigating Officer prior to the submission of his report under Section 173 CrPC would consider the same.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 1514 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
