Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the application being CAN 3 of 2025 suffers from some incurable defects. As such, the petitioners would not like to press the same and would instead file a proper application afresh.

On his prayer, the application being CAN 3 of 2025 is dismissed as not pressed.

However, this shall not preclude the petitioners from filing any application afresh.
