The revisional application was preferred challenging the order dated 28.03.2011 passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Chandernagar in Misc. Case No. 92 of 2005. The order dated 28.03.2011 reflects that the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Chandernagar, was pleased to direct the husband to pay the arrear maintenance of Rs. 42,400/-.

The records of the revisional application reflect that the matter appeared on 22.12.2011 before a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court but none represented the petitioner on the said date, as such no interim order restraining the

proceedings or the order passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Chandernagar was passed. Having regard to the time period which is passed in the meantime, I am of the view that no interference can be made at this belated stage.

Accordingly, CRR 1480 of 2011 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
