1. The report file by the IC, Mohanpur Police Station dated 16th April, 2024 is taken on record.

2. The report discloses the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dantan, Paschim Medinipur on 15th April, 2024. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the child was recovered during the pendency of the proceedings.

3. The victim is presently in the custody of the mother.

4. In view thereof, we disposed of the writ petition by recovering the victim child.

5. Accordingly, the habeas corpus petition stands disposed of.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.
