There are materials in the case diary, which suggests that petitioner received the money. The petitioner is yet to return it. Considering the gravity of the offence and involvement of the petitioner and the long absconsion of the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. CRM (A) 1700 of 2023 is rejected.
