Case No. 181 of 2022 dated 30.05.2022.

However, State has submitted a report wherein it is contended that the investigating officer upon completion of investigation submitted a Final Report categorizing the case to be 'Mistake of Facts' and, to that extent, submitted Chandipur PS FRMF No. 112 of 2025 dated 31.03.2025 before the learned jurisdictional Court.

In view of the change of circumstances and the petitioner having no knowledge regarding the outcome of the investigation, the petitioner, if so advised, would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court under the relevant provisions of law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 9391 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
