1. This contempt application has been filed alleging disobedience of the order dated 15th October, 1996 in F.M.A.T. 2955 of 1996. The contempt application has been pending for all these years and the applicant had taken no step to move the matter. Apart from that, we find that the order, which is alleged to have been violated has not been annexed.

2. There is none appearing for the contempt applicant. Accordingly, the contempt application stands dismissed.

3. No costs.

4. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
