The appellants are not represented, nor any accommodation is prayed for.

The appeal was tendered in the year 2000 whereas the additional stamp reporter reported with regard to the defects on September 12, 2006. However, the defects have not been removed. The second appeal appears several times for admission, lastly on January 4, 2022, when this court extended the time to remove the defects. No attempt has been made by the appellants to cure the defects.

In view thereof, the second appeal stands dismissed for non-compliance of our order dated January 4, 2022. There will be no order as to costs.
