It has been submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that during the pendency of the contempt application the alleged contemnor/respondent has been transferred.

In view of the above, leave is granted to the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner to implead the successor in interest of the alleged contemnor i.e. the present Commissioner, Howrah Municipal Corporation as alleged contemnor/respondent in the instant contempt application and serve a copy of the contempt application upon the added alleged contemnor/respondent.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the present contemnor/respondent submits, upon instruction, that the private respondents have obtained an ex parte interim order of injunction against the

Howrah Municipal Corporation from the learned Civil Judge. The Corporation is taking steps to get the said order vacated.

Be that at it may, as it appears that the order passed by this Court on September 20, 2019 duly affirmed by the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench on October 31, 2019 has not been complied with by the original contemnor/respondent till date, accordingly, a further opportunity is granted to the present Commissioner to comply the order passed by this Court. List the matter for further consideration on March 26, 2021. The alleged contemnor shall file an affidavitof-compliance on the said date. sh ( Amrita Sinha, J.)
