The affidavit-of-service as filed in Court on behalf of the writ petitioners is taken on record.

Despite requests as made by this Court, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioners has failed to show the relevant pleading to substantiate that on account of the inaction of the respondents/authorities and/or on account of the illegal action of the private respondents his fundamental right has been infringed.

In view of such reluctance on the part of the writ petitioners, the instant writ petition being WPA 9603 of 2025 is dismissed.
