Inadvertently in the order dated 07.05.2024, it has been referred to in respect of the Sessions Trial Case number as ST No. 1(4) of 2024. The same is incorrect and the correct number would be S.T. No. 1(4) of 2014.

Let the said Sessions Trial Case number be read as "S.T. No. 1(4) of 2014".

Department is directed to incorporate necessary correction as above.

Other portions of the order dated 07.05.2024 would remain unaltered.

Let this order be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 07.05.2024.
