However, it is not mentioned that the said respondents will withdraw the awarded sum including accrued interest.

Thus, it is clarified and the respondent nos.1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw the awarded sum deposited before the learned Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta along with accrued interest, if any, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.

The other contents of the order dated 06.01.2026 remain unaltered.
